目的 探讨利格列汀对2型糖尿病患者血清色素上皮衍生因子(PEDF)水平的影响.方法 选择自2016年10月至2017年4月在我院治疗2型糖尿病患者36例和体检健康者31例.将筛选的受试者分成两组进行分析,一组为2型糖尿病组(共36例),另一组为正常对照组(共31例).检测计算两组受试者的基本临床信息,包括体重、腰围、BMI,同时静脉采血测定受试者血液中的FGB、HbA1C、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C等临床指标的水平,血清PEDF水平的测定是采用酶联免疫吸附法.2型糖尿病组患者按照每天5mg的剂量服用利格列汀180天,180天后重新检测血清PEDF水平和相关临床生化指标,用统计学分析相关指标的变化状况.结果 2型糖尿病组患者服药后与治疗前相比,临床指标如FBG、HbA1C、腰围、BMI明显降低(P<0.05),而PEDF水平从2.34±0.41mg/mL增加到3.55±0.32mg/mL,差异显著(P<0.05).而其它相关的糖脂代谢临床指标FGB、HbA1C、LDL-C水平等都有下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).通过多元线性回归分析血清PEDF与各项临床指标的关系,以血清PEDF为应变量,体重、腰围、BMI、FBG、HbA1C、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C为自变量.发现LDL-C是血清PEDF独立相关的指标,回归归系数平方和为R2=0.156(P<0.05).结论 治疗前2型糖尿病患者与健康者相比,血清PEDF水平无统计学差异,服用利格列汀治疗180天后该因子水平上升,说明PEDF在利格列汀治疗过程中发挥一定作用.“,”Objective:To investigate the effect of Leigh Glenn Dean on the serum of patients with type 2 diabetes pigment epithelium derived factor (PEDF) level.Methods:The subjects were divided into two groups selected for analysis,a group of type 2 diabetes mellitus group (36 cases),another group was normal control group (29 cases).The basic clinical information the detection and calculation of the two groups of subjects including body weight,waist circumference,BMI,and venous blood were determined in blood FGB,HbA1C,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C and other clinical indicators of the level of serum PEDF levels were determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay is.2 type sugar disease group patients according to the 5mg daily dose for 180 days.The serum levels of PEDF and related clinical biochemical indexes after 180 days were detected to analyze the changes of related indexes by statistics.Results:Compared with patients before treatment,the clinical indicators of type 2 diabetes mellitus group,such as FBG,HbA1C,waist circumference,BMI decreased significandy (P<0.05),while the PEDF level increased to 3.55+0.32mg/mL from2.34+0.41mg/mL (P<0.05).While other clinical indicators related with glycolipid metabolism,such as FGB,HbA1C,LDL-C levels,were decreased statistically significantly (P<0.05).The relationship between serum PEDF and clinical indexes was analyzed by multiple linear regression.The serum PEDF was the dependent variable,the weight,waist circumference,BMI,FBG,HbA1C,TC,HDL-C and LDL-C were independent variables.It was found that LDL-C was the independent index of serum PEDF,and the square of regression coefficient was R2=0.156 (P<0.05).Conclusion:Before treatment,there is no significant difference between type 2 diabetic patients and healthy subjects in the serum level of PEDF.After treatment,the factor levels increased,indicating that PEDF play a role in the treatment process.
