水资源是人类赖以生存的物质基础，水利工程是用于调配地表水和地下水的重要工程，是人类调控自然的有效手段。水利工程可以控制河流流量，有效阻止洪涝灾害，对国民经济的发展起到推动作用。但是，随着人们认识水平的提升，生态环境逐渐受到重视，水利工程对生态环境的评价研究具有重要的科研意义。基于国内外水利工程环境评价领域存在的问题，首先研究了评价内容和评价体系，随后重点介绍了评价指标权重的确定方法，最后对某河流进行了生态环境影响评价。希望对今后水利工程生态环境影响评价的应用提供理论支持。“,”Water resources is the material foundation to the survival of humans , water conservancy project is an important project for deployment of surface water and groundwater , is an effective meth-od for regulation of human nature .Effective control of river flow , water conservancy project can pre-vent floods , to promote the development of the national economy .However , as people know level of ascension , the ecological environment gradually be taken seriously , water conservancy project on the ecological environment evaluation research has important scientific significance .Based on the prob-lems existing in the field of water conservancy project environmental evaluation both at home and a-broad, firstly studied the evaluation content and evaluation system , then introduced the method to de-termine the weighing values of assessment indexes , the last of the river ecological environment impact assessment .Hope it can provide theoretical support application for ecological environment impact as -sessment of water conservancy projects in the future .
