以沈北、大庆混合减四线脱蜡油为原料,进行NMP单级抽提试验,借助数学手段得到最优操作条件。NMP精制的最佳操作条件为:剂油比1.38(m/m),抽提温度60.8℃,含水量2.1%。在此操作条件下,精制油的收率为88.74%,60℃折光率为1.4776,黏度指数95.27。采用柱色谱法分析减四线脱蜡油族组成,测出所得四组分黏度指数,并确定理想组分与非理想组分。在此基础上,求得NMP溶剂精制在最优操作条件下的选择性系数为28.30。以相同的试验路线及方法,求得糠醛精制在最优操作条件下的选择性系数β值为20.04,表明NMP确实比糠醛有更好的选择性。
Taking Shenbei and Daqing mixed four-line dewaxed oil as raw material, NMP single-stage extraction experiment was carried out, and the optimal operating conditions were obtained by mathematical means. The optimum operating conditions of NMP refining are as follows: the ratio of oil to solvent is 1.38 (m / m), the extraction temperature is 60.8 ℃ and the water content is 2.1%. Under these operating conditions, the yield of refined oil was 88.74%, the refractive index at 60 ℃ was 1.4776 and the viscosity index was 95.27. Column chromatography was used to analyze the composition of the four-line dewaxed oil family. The viscosity index of the four components was measured and the ideal and non-ideal components were determined. On this basis, the selectivity coefficient of NMP solvent extraction under the optimal operating conditions was obtained as 28.30. With the same experimental route and method, the selectivity coefficient β of furfural refined under the optimum operating conditions was found to be 20.04, indicating that NMP indeed has better selectivity than furfural.
