振动沉管灌注混凝土桩作为一种经济合理的基础桩形式,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益,近年来已被广泛地用于各种建筑的基础。但是,由于土质情况各不相同和施工操作方法各异等原因,振动沉管灌注桩(地面桩)普遍存在着桩顶混凝土松散、不密实,强度达不到设计要求的问题。因而有的把桩顶混凝土剔掉再重新接桩,这样浪费人力、物力,延误工期;有的不作处理勉强使用,给基础工程留下不同程度的隐患。
Vibrating immersed cast-in-place concrete piles as an economical and rational foundation pile form have good economic and social benefits, and have been widely used in various architectural foundations in recent years. However, because of the different soil conditions and the different construction methods, the problems that the concrete at the top of piles are loose and not compact and the strength cannot meet the design requirements. Therefore, some of the concrete at the top of the pile is removed and re-joined, which wastes manpower and material resources and delays the construction period; some do not handle it recklessly, leaving the foundation project with various degrees of hidden dangers.
