患儿：男，６岁。因咳嗽，气促半月，于１９９７年５月２６日入院。体检：发育正常，消瘦，Ｔ３７℃，ＢＰ１３／８ｋＰａ，心率９０次／分，心律规整，右下肺呼吸音低。胸部Ｘ线片示：右纵隔肿瘤。ＥＫＧ：窦性心律。胸部ＣＴ平扫加强化示：心底部右后纵隔旁有一软组织肿块影?
Children: male, 6 years old. Due to cough, shortness of breath half a month, on May 26, 1997 admission. Physical examination: normal development, weight loss, T37 ℃, BP13 / 8kPa, heart rate 90 beats / min, regular heart rhythm, lower right lung breath sounds low. Chest X-ray showed: right mediastinal tumor. EKG: Sinus rhythm. Enhancement of chest CT scan showed: the bottom right of the mediastinum next to a soft tissue mass?
