针对目前矿用电动阀门自动控制系统存在可靠性不足、不能实时显示故障原因和运行参数、无主触点是否吸合判断、维修困难等问题,新型PLC和触摸屏控制的矿用电动阀门智能监控系统的设计,解决了上述问题。实现了对电动阀门的各种智能控制、显示、保护等功能及防爆要求。阐明其总控制原理,给出了监控系统电气原理图、程序设计流程框图和触摸屏界面,分析说明了设计中遇到的各种难题和解决方法。实际应用表明本系统性能先进、效果良好。
