目的:研究芦笋食用部分与废弃部分中多糖含量及抗肿瘤活性的差异。方法:针对溶剂浓度、料液比、提取时间及提取温度4个因素的研究,采用正交试验确立芦笋两部分中多糖的最佳提取工艺后,对比两者多糖含量的差异,并观察其对MCF-7细胞的抗肿瘤活性差异。结果:分别用最佳工艺提取,芦笋食用部分与废弃部分中多糖含量比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),将两部分精制多糖加入MCF-7细胞中,抗肿瘤活性差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:芦笋食用部分与废弃部分中多糖含量有显著差异,但两者对MCF-7细胞的抗肿瘤活性未有显著差异。
Objective: To study the differences of polysaccharide content and anti-tumor activity between edible part and waste part of asparagus. Methods: According to the four factors of solvent concentration, solid-liquid ratio, extraction time and extraction temperature, orthogonal experiment was used to establish the optimal extraction process of polysaccharides in two parts of asparagus. The differences of polysaccharide content between the two fractions were compared. Differences in antitumor activity of MCF-7 cells. Results: Compared with polysaccharide content of asparagus edible parts and waste parts, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The two parts of refined polysaccharides were added into MCF-7 cells, the difference of anti-tumor activity was not statistically significant Significance (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The content of polysaccharide in edible part and waste part of Asparagus officinalis is significantly different, but the antitumor activity of MCF-7 cells is not significantly different.
