目的探究对比分析股骨近端锁定钢板与PFNA在治疗股骨转子间骨折方面的临床价值。方法随机选取我院在2012年2月~2014年10月接收的100例股骨转子间骨折患者，根据患者治疗方法的不同，将患者分为观察组和对照组，每组50例，对照组采用股骨近端锁定钢板，观察组采用PFNA治疗方法，对两组患者的治疗效果以及相关指标进行比较分析。结果在手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间以及患者的髋关节Harris评分方面，观察组显著优于对照组（0.05），不具有统计学意义。结论对于股骨转子间骨折患者采用PFNA治疗方法，使用范围更广，在临床上具有创伤小、操作简单、固定安全可靠的优势。“,”Objective To explore the clinical value of the treatment of the femoral intertrochanteric fracture with PFNA in the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture.Methods 100 cases of femoral intertrochanteric fracture received by our hospital from October 2014 to February 2012 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with PFNA method,and the treatment effect of the two groups were compared.Results The operation time,bleeding volume,length of hospital stay and Harris score of patients with hip joint, the observation group was significantly better than the control group( 0.05),not statistically significant.Conclusion The use of PFNA in the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fractures,with a wide range of clinical advantages,has the advantages of less trauma,simple operation,safe and reliable.
