近年来上海社区卫生服务发展较快,2005年全市初步完成了社区卫生服务中心的标准化建设。通过服务模式的改革,社区卫生服务中心已成为社区公共卫生和基本医疗服务的基础平台,社区卫生服务也越来越受到政府的重视和市民的欢迎。为进一步了解广大市民对社区卫生服务中心医疗服务质量的满意度评价,上海市质量协会用户评价中心于2005年12月,针对分布在全市中心城区11个区的社区卫生服务中心的服务质量,在社区医疗服务中心所在街道社区开展了社会公众满意度测评。本次测评涉及11个区的89个社区医疗服务中心,有1927位市民(男女比例为2:3)接受了此项满意度测评。
In recent years, community health services in Shanghai have developed rapidly. In 2005, the city completed the standardization of community health service centers. Through the reform of the service model, the community health service center has become the basic platform for community public health and basic medical services. The community health service has also been increasingly valued by the government and welcomed by the public. In order to further understand the general public’s satisfaction with the quality of medical services provided by community health service centers, the Shanghai Quality Association User Evaluation Center focused on the service quality of community health service centers distributed in 11 districts in the downtown area in December 2005. The community community medical service center where the street community conducted a public satisfaction survey. The evaluation involved 89 community medical service centers in 11 districts. A total of 1,927 citizens (2:3 male/female) accepted this satisfaction test.
