南方航空动力机械公司采用先进的轧制工艺，在我国首次轧制出钛合金风扇多级整流叶片的精化毛坯。在钛合金叶片毛坯的轧制工艺技术中，轧制模具的设计是一个重要环节。本文介绍了新开发的钛合金叶片毛坯轧制模具ＣＡＤ技术的若干要点。

In the titanium alloy blade blank rolling technology, the design of rolling die is an important part. This paper introduces some of the key points of the newly developed CAD technology for the rolling die of titanium alloy blank.
