水位资料是水利建设、防汛抗旱的重要依据。直接应用于堤防、水库、堰闸、灌溉、排涝等工程的设计并据以进行水文情报预报工作。水位信息采集方式在科研工作者的努力下,有了长足的进步,但也存在一些问题,主要表现在水位信息无法有效远传,需人员到测点读取,费时费力,效率低下,且安全性差。本文通过对开发和使用新水位观测仪器的介绍,探讨解决水位观测自动化的另一种途径。
Water level information is an important basis for water conservancy construction and flood control and drought relief. It is directly applied to the design of embankments, reservoirs, weir gates, irrigation and drainage, and carries out hydrological information forecasting accordingly. With the efforts of researchers, great progress has been made in the collection of water level information. However, there are also some problems. The main problems lie in that water level information can not be effectively transmitted, that people are required to read the measuring points, time-consuming and labor-intensive, inefficient, and safe Poor sex. This article explores the ways to solve the automation of water level observation by introducing the development and use of new water level instruments.
