采用WHO-NCTB方法对58名青年男性从平原空运进入3680m高原低氧环境前后进行了人体心理、行为测试。结果显示,低氧作为应激源刺激使机体产生心理和生理应激反应。表现为情感状态的有力得分减少,愤怒、困惑、疲劳得分增加,记忆、思维能力降低。从低氧生理和心理应激两方面进行了分析探讨,认为,心理和行为指标的变化对了解低氧应激源对人体心身健康的影响很有意义。
Fifty-eight young men were subjected to human psychological and behavioral tests before and after they were transported by air from the plain into the aerobic environment at an altitude of 3680 m using the WHO-NCTB method. The results showed that hypoxia as a stress source to stimulate the body to produce psychological and physiological stress response. The performance of the emotional status of the powerful points to reduce, anger, confusion, increased fatigue scores, memory, thinking ability to reduce. From hypoxia physiological and psychological stress were analyzed and discussed two aspects, that changes in psychological and behavioral indicators to understand the impact of hypoxic stress on human health is meaningful.
