本文通过对土壤剪切特性及轮胎力学特性的研究,建立了驱动轮胎与土壤相互作用的数学模型,并且利用数值方法和计算机技术,实现了驱动轮胎与土壤相互作用的计算机模拟。所编制的模拟程序具有进行轮胎-土壤系统参数分析,驱动轮胎牵引附着性能预测,以及轮胎工作条件的优化选择等功能;通过6.00-12轮胎在土槽上的牵引试验,对所建立的数学模型及计算机模拟程序进行了验证。
In this paper, the mathematical model of the interaction between tire and soil is established by studying the shear characteristics of soil and the mechanical properties of the tire. The numerical simulation and computer technology are used to simulate the interaction between the tire and the soil. The simulation program has the functions of analyzing the parameters of the tire-soil system, predicting the traction performance of the driving tire, and optimizing the working conditions of the tire. Through the traction test of the 6.00-12 tire on the soil tank, the mathematical model And computer simulation program has been verified.
