本文对３９个杜仲优树无性系叶片的硝酸还原酶活力进行了测定。结果表明杜仲优树无性系树高、胸径、地径生长量与叶片硝酸还原酶活力呈极显著地相关关系，故硝酸还原酶可作为杜仲优良无性系早期选择的生化指标之一。
Nitrate reductase activity in leaves of 39 Eucommia ulmoides trees clones was determined in this paper. The results showed that the tree height, diameter at breast height, diameter growth and leaf nitrate reductase activity of Eucommia ulmoides Oliv. Were highly significantly correlated, so nitrate reductase could be used as one of the biochemical indicators for the early selection of Eucommia ulmoides elite clones.
