随着体育事业的蓬勃发展,体育组织中的冲突也日益增多。对冲突的管理是体育组织中的新型管理。本文结合体育组织冲突的实际情况,分析冲突对体育组织的消极和积极影响,进而设计出冲突管理的技术路线和提出相应的解决方法。
As sports have thrived, conflicts in sports organizations have also increased. Conflict management is a new type of management in sports organizations. This paper analyzes the negative and positive impact of conflict on sports organizations by combining with the actual situation of sports organization conflicts, and then designs the technical route of conflict management and puts forward corresponding solutions.
