目的:观察和分析PDCA循环管理方法在供应室消毒工作中的应用效果。方法:选广州市第十二人民医院取2013年4月至2014年4月供应室消毒工作应用PDCA后的工作质量与2014年9月至2015年9月供应室消毒工作采用常规管理办法的工作质量相比较,依照分配原则,前者设定为观察组,后者设定为对照组,比较两组医护人员工作效果。结果:PDCA循环管理方法在供应室消毒工作中应用之后,供应室消毒工作质量,如消毒液浓度检测的合格率97%、无菌干包率98%、器械清洁达标率99%、灭菌物品合格率99%,均明显高于对照组,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的日工作处理量、满意率91%(91/100)以及护士工作积极性也明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PDCA循环管理方法在供应室消毒工作中应用之后,医院供应室消毒工作的质量水平得到很大的提升,有利于提高医护人员工作的积极性,提高患者和工作人员对医院的满意度。
Objective: To observe and analyze the application effect of PDCA cycle management method in supply room disinfection. Methods: The 12th People’s Hospital of Guangzhou selected the quality of work after the application of PDCA for sterilization of supply rooms from April 2013 to April 2014 and the routine management measures of disinfection of supply rooms from September 2014 to September 2015 According to the distribution principle, the former was set as the observation group and the latter as the control group, and the work effect of the two groups of medical staff was compared. Results: After the application of PDCA cycle management in the disinfection of supply room, the quality of disinfection work in the supply room, such as 97% pass rate of disinfectant concentration test, 98% sterile dry package rate, 99% compliance rate of equipment cleaning, sterilization items The pass rate was 99%, which were significantly higher than that of the control group. The differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P <0.05). The daily work load, the satisfaction rate of 91% (91/100) and the enthusiasm of nurses Higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: After the application of PDCA cycle management method in the disinfection work of supply room, the quality of disinfection work in hospital supply room has been greatly improved, which is helpful to improve the enthusiasm of medical staff and improve the satisfaction of patients and staff to the hospital.
