目的:通过文献计量学方法分析2001年至2010年发表在中国主要的影像学期刊《中华放射学杂志》的论著性文章,从而发现影像学科学研究的特征及发展方向。资料和方法:分析评价发表在《中华放射学杂志》的2378篇论著性文章,评价每篇文章的摘要及全文的下述指标:影像学的亚专科,影像技术的类型,研究的类型、方法、统计学方法,及研究有无基金资助,文章的作者数目,第一作者的所从事的专业、单位的级别、所在的省会,同时动态分析上述这些指标在过去10年的变化趋势。结果:科学研究最多的亚专科是中枢神经系统(403/2378,16.9%),第二和第三的分别是血管介入(369/2378,15.5%),腹部(331/2378,13.9%)。834篇(35.1%)论著性的科学研究文章中使用了MRI的方法或者678篇(28.5%)使用了CT的方法。2034篇(85.5%)的科学研究是临床实验研究,1838篇(77.3%)为回顾性研究。10年内的时间趋势中,显著性上升的为乳腺亚专科,MRI成像技术,基础性研究的数量,大于50的样本量,使用统计学方法的文章,基金支持的文章数目,大于7位作者的数目和江苏、福建和新疆地方发表文章的数目;显著性下降的为超声成像技术和介入治疗技术,无统计学方法的文章数目,小于4名作者数目和山西省发表的文章数目。结论:应用文献计量学分析方法分析发表在中华放射学杂志上2001至2010年的论著性文章的科学研究的特征及发展变化方向可以为医学影像学的科学研究人员提供了更多有用的信息。
OBJECTIVE: To find out the characteristics and development direction of the science of imaging by means of bibliometric analysis of the essays published in China Radiology, a major Chinese imaging journal from 2001 to 2010. Materials and Methods: The 2378 articles published in the Journal of Radiology of China were analyzed and evaluated. The abstract of each article and the following indicators of the full text were evaluated: the specialty of imaging, the type of imaging technology, the type and method of research , Statistical methods, and whether there are any fund grants, the number of authors of the articles, the major of the first author’s profession, the grade of the unit and the provincial capital where the first author is located. Meanwhile, the trend of these indicators in the past ten years has been dynamically analyzed. Results: The most specialized sub-specialty was the central nervous system (403 / 2378,16.9%), the second and third were the vascular intervention (369 / 2378,15.5%) and the abdomen (331 / 2378,13.9%) respectively. 834 articles (35.1%) The scientific articles used in the dissertation were the MRI method or the 678 articles (28.5%) using the CT method. A total of 2034 (85.5%) scientific studies were clinical trials and 1838 (77.3%) were retrospective studies. Among 10 trends over the past 10 years, there was a significant increase in the number of breast sub-specialties, MRI imaging techniques, basic research, sample sizes greater than 50, articles using statistical methods, the number of articles supported by the fund, more than 7 authors The number of articles published in Jiangsu, Fujian and Xinjiang; the significant decrease was in ultrasound imaging and interventional techniques, the number of articles without statistical method, the number of authors less than 4 and the number of articles published in Shanxi Province. CONCLUSIONS: The use of bibliometrics to analyze the characteristics of scientific research published in the Chinese Journal of Radiological Articles 2001 to 2010 and the direction of development and changes can provide more useful information for scientific researchers in medical imaging.
