电力建设项目应用关键链法制定施工进度计划时,存在资源约束处理不合理及完工概率过于保守等问题。对此,本研究提出了一种基于完工概率修正关键链法的项目进度优化方法。建立模型时,通过以关键度修正完工概率将资源约束转化为工期约束;并计及项目活动是否已施工对成本信息可获取性的影响,完善了已完工/正在施工、未施工两类项目活动不同的工期——成本表达;同时保留关键链法中的缓冲区作为可调整工期约束。优化求解中,通过维持关键链不变,实现进度计划的重新分配调整。对资源变动或进度偏离的情况,本研究方法同样可求解形成新的进度优化计划。实例仿真的结果验证了本研究方法的有效性,表明该方法能够更好地处理资源约束和进度偏离情况下的项目进度优化。
When applying the key chain method to construct the construction schedule, the power construction projects have some problems such as unreasonable resource constraints and too conservative completion probability. In this regard, this study proposes a project schedule optimization method based on the completion probability correction key chain method. When establishing the model, the resource constraint is transformed into the constraint of the duration by revising the completion probability with the key degree. When considering whether the project activity has been constructed, the impact on the accessibility of the cost information is taken into account and the completed / under construction and non-construction project activities are improved Different duration - cost expression; while retaining the buffer zone in the key chain method as an adjustable duration constraints. Optimization solution, by maintaining the same key chain to achieve the schedule of the redistribution adjustment. In the case of a change of resources or a deviation of progress, the research method can also solve the problem of forming a new schedule optimization plan. The simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed method and show that this method can better handle the project schedule optimization with resource constraints and schedule deviations.
