开平船板中存在很大的残余应力,导致切割下料和焊接后发生变形,这是制约开平船板广泛使用的瓶颈。对首钢开平矫直船板下料和焊接变形进行试验分析,试验表明通过采用合理的低残余应力开平船板的工艺控制技术来优化钢卷内的残余应力分布,使得首钢公司生产的开平矫直船板中的残余应力分布均匀,因此下料变形和焊接变形小,能满足生产的需要。
Kaiping ship board there is a large residual stress, leading to cutting cutting and welding deformation, which is restricting Kaiping shipboard widely used bottlenecks.
