32例经胃镜检查确诊为上消化道局部隆起病变患者 ,男 19例 ,女 13例 ,年龄 9～ 78岁 ,病程 10日～ 6个月。表现为胸骨后隐痛 ,进食后胸骨后不适 2例 ,上腹部不适 2 9例 ,上腹部隐痛 15例、胀痛 6例。治疗方法 :作常规胃镜检查准备 ,镜检发现黏膜局部隆起样病变后即取活组织 ,行 Thirty-two patients were diagnosed as gastroduodenal local uplift by gastroscopy.
