在离心式压缩机主轴定心工作中,对于两旋转轴的同心度和端面平行度的偏差计算,目前大体是一致的,而算出偏差后如何进行调整,则各有不同的计算法和施工措施。我们在某厂施工中,总结了工人同志的实践经验并参考有关资料,采用了以图解计算方法,对离心式压缩机主轴进行定心找正。实践结果表明,此方法在施工中是可行的,在所安装的机组中,全部一次试车成功,投入生产,运转正常。现在,就我们在进行这方面的工作,谈点体会,供同志们参考。

In the construction of a factory, we summed up the practical experience of the workers and with reference to the relevant information, the use of a graphical method to calculate the centrifugal compressor spindle centering. The practice results show that this method is feasible in the construction. In the installed units, all of the test runs are successful, put into production and are operating normally. Now, as we are doing our work in this field, we will talk about experiences and provide reference for our comrades.
