目的建立硫酸阿托品滴眼液中硫酸阿托品的含量测定方法。方法用PhenomenexC18色谱柱(250×4.6mm,5μm),以三乙胺溶液(取三乙胺4ml,加水500ml,加磷酸1.8ml,加水至1000ml混匀)——乙腈(85:15),并调节pH至5.8±0.2为流动相,流速1.0ml·min-1,检测波长为206nm。结果无水硫酸阿托品的线性范围为5.07μg·ml-1~15.22μg·ml-1(r=0.9999),平均回收率为101.2%,RSD=0.7%(n=6)。结论本法适用于硫酸阿托品滴眼液中硫酸阿托品的含量测定。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of atropine sulfate in atropine sulfate eye drops. Methods A Phenomenex C18 column (250 × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was added with triethylamine (4 ml of triethylamine, 500 ml of water and 1.8 ml of phosphoric acid, mixed with water to 1000 ml) and acetonitrile (85:15) The pH was adjusted to 5.8 ± 0.2 as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 ml · min-1 with a detection wavelength of 206 nm. Results The linear range of atropine sulfate was 5.07μg · ml-1 ~ 15.22μg · ml-1 (r = 0.9999). The average recoveries were 101.2% and RSD = 0.7% (n = 6). Conclusion This method is suitable for the determination of atropine sulfate in atropine sulfate eye drops.
