随着外科技术的日臻完善和各种新型免疫抑制剂的应用,器官移植已成为治疗各种终末期器官衰竭的有效手段,应用免疫抑制剂可有效防治移植排斥反应,保证移植物在一定时间内的存活。但该类药物诱发肿瘤、机会菌感染、移植物失功等毒副作用日益显现,而且价格昂贵需终生服药,给患者在生理、心理及经济上带来沉重压力。从中药中寻找有效、低毒、价廉的移植免疫耐受诱导药物具有广阔的发展前景。青藤碱(Alkaloid sinomenine;SIN)是从中药防己科植物青风藤中提取的一种生物碱单体,越来越多的研究表明合理应用青藤碱可明显减轻移植器官排斥反应,有效延长移植动物生存时间。
