本文详细介绍空载L波段晶体视频接收机的设计。由于采用微波低噪声高增益放大器,可使晶体视频接收机的灵敏度提高到接近于较复杂的超外差接收视所能达到的灵敏度。这种接收机由于省掉了本机振荡器,电路简单提高了可靠性。本文还介绍了这种接收机灵敏度与高放的放大量、噪声系数、带宽之间数学表达式。作者通过实验还给出了大温度范围内的工作特性实验数据。这种接收机特别适用于作遥测接收机。
This article details the design of the no-load L-band crystal video receiver. Due to the use of microwave low-noise, high-gain amplifiers, the sensitivity of a crystal video receiver can be increased to a level close to that achievable with more sophisticated superheterodyne receivers. Due to the elimination of the local oscillator of this receiver, the circuit simply improves the reliability. This article also describes the receiver sensitivity and high amplification, mathematical expressions of noise figure, bandwidth. The author also gives experimental data of the working characteristics in a large temperature range through experiments. This receiver is particularly suitable for use as a telemetry receiver.
