通过对综合楼人工挖孔桩基础加固处理的工程实例 ,说明采用一柱一桩承重方式的人工挖孔桩单桩承载力大 ,一旦达不到设计要求 ,从单一的一种方法进行加固处理难以达到加固目的。特别是建筑物主体正在施工中的加固处理工程 ,更增加了难度。因此 ,处理方案的选择应从地基、桩基等方面的综合分析确定加固方法。文中采用的人工钻孔灌注桩托换和桩端土压浆加固处理取得了较好的效果
