目的探讨乳腺癌超声征象与肿瘤分子生物学指标雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)、人表皮生长因子受体-2(HER-2)之间的相关性。方法回顾性分析122例浸润性乳腺癌超声二维征象与肿瘤ER、PR及HER-2表达的相关性。结果本组病例ER阳性70例,PR阳性72例,HER-2过度表达38例。肿瘤形态不规则组ER及PR阳性率高于形态规则组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。肿瘤边缘不光整、有毛刺或成角畸形组ER及HER-2阳性率高于边缘光整组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。肿瘤内有钙化灶组ER、PR及HER-2表达阳性率均高于各自阴性组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌超声征象与ER、PR、HER-2的表达具有相关性,可在一定程度上反映乳腺癌ER、PR及HER-2的表达状态,为乳腺癌的术前辅助内分泌治疗和预后评估提供了一定的信息。
Objective To investigate the correlation between ultrasound features of breast cancer and estrogen receptor (ER), progesterone receptor (PR) and human epidermal growth factor receptor-2 (HER-2), a molecular marker of tumor biology. Methods A retrospective analysis of 122 cases of invasive breast cancer ultrasound two-dimensional signs and tumor ER, PR and HER-2 expression correlation. Results The group of patients with ER positive 70 cases, PR positive 72 cases, HER-2 overexpression in 38 cases. The positive rate of ER and PR in the irregular tumor group was higher than that in the morphological group, with significant difference (P <0.05). The tumor margin was not smooth, and the positive rates of ER and HER-2 in the group with burr or angle deformity were higher than those in the marginal light group (P <0.05). The positive rates of ER, PR and HER-2 in calcification group were significantly higher than those in negative group (P <0.05). Conclusion Ultrasound signs of breast cancer are correlated with the expression of ER, PR and HER-2, which can reflect the expression of ER, PR and HER-2 in breast cancer to a certain extent, and provide the preoperative adjuvant endocrine therapy and prognosis evaluation for breast cancer Provided a certain amount of information
