目的:观察丹参葡萄糖注射液(以下简称丹参)静脉滴注对犬冠脉结扎急性心肌缺血模型血清生化指标的影响。方法:采用冠脉结扎法建立犬急性心肌缺血模型,测定给药前及给药后30min、45min、60min、120min、180min动脉血乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸磷酸激酶(CPK),静脉血乳酸(LD)、游离脂肪酸(NEFA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果:丹参高、低剂量组(3.2g/kg,0.8g/kg)可明显降低心肌缺血后的血清CPK和LDH活力,升高SOD,减少血中LD、NEFA、MDA含量。结论:丹参对冠状动脉结扎心肌缺血具有明显的保护作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of Danshen Dextrose Injection (hereinafter referred to as Salvia miltiorrhiza) intravenous drip on the serum biochemical indexes of canine coronary artery ligation acute myocardial ischemia model. METHODS: Acute myocardial ischemia in dogs was established by coronary artery ligation, and arterial blood lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and creatine kinase (CPK) were measured before and 30 minutes, 45 minutes, 60 minutes, 120 minutes, and 180 minutes after administration. Blood lactic acid (LD), free fatty acid (NEFA), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) content. Results: Salvia miltiorrhiza high and low dose group (3.2g/kg, 0.8g/kg) can significantly reduce the activity of serum CPK and LDH after myocardial ischemia, increase SOD, reduce blood LD, NEFA, MDA content. Conclusion: Salvia miltiorrhiza has obvious protective effect on coronary artery ligation myocardial ischemia.
