Objective: To understand the status of hepatitis C infection in unpaid blood donors in Xianyang. Methods: Hepatitis C antibody was preliminarily screened from 90588 volunteer blood donors from 2015 to 2016 in Xianyang City by different enzyme-linked immunosorbent reagents, and RIBA confirmatory test was performed on the blood samples with primary screening. The levels of anti-HCV Confirmed positive rate and anti-HCV S / CO value and confirmed the results of the correlation. Results: During the period, there were 90588 unpaid blood donors in Xianyang City. The positive rate of primary blood donation was 0.41% (369). The positive rate was 59.35% (219) by RIBA test. The positive rate of anti-HCV in ELISA-1 The positive rate of anti-HCV in ELISA-2 was 0.34%, the difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 14.78, P = 0.00). The positive coincidence rate of ELISA-1 was 77.52% The positive coincidence rate was 59.58% (χ2 = 20.78, P = 0.00). The positive coincidence rate of ELISA-1 reagent anti-HCV S / CO> 10.0 was higher (99.30%), the difference was statistically significant (Χ2 = 87.03, P = 0.00). The positive coincidence rate of ELISA-2 reagent with anti-HCV S / CO> 10.0 was 100.00%, which was significantly different from ELISA-1 reagent 209.47, P = 0.00). The percentage of positive bands of nuclear antigen in anti-HCV RIBA positive test specimens was higher (85.39%) than that of stripe-like NS specimens (34.25%). CONCLUSIONS: The positive rate of HCV screening in unpaid blood donors in Xianyang Prefecture shows a trend of moderate prevalence.
