用双波长薄层扫描法测定乌鸡白凤冲剂中人参皂甙Re的含量,以氯仿-甲醇-水(65∶35∶10)10℃以下放置的下层溶液为展开剂,在波长λS=525nm,λR=680nm处进行扫描,加样回收率为97.5%,RSD=2.37%。
The content of ginsenoside Re in Wuji Baifeng Granules was determined by dual-wavelength thin layer scanning method. The lower layer solution of chloroform-methanol-water (65:35:10) placed below 10°C was used as developing solvent at wavelength λS=525nm, λR. Scanning was performed at 680 nm. The recovery rate was 97.5% and the RSD was 2.37%.
