为提高拉斗铲作业效率,针对黑岱沟露天矿8750型拉斗铲的作业循环耗时进行了统计研究。结果表明:挖掘方式、岩土台阶几何形状是影响挖掘效率的主要因素,提出组合式挖掘、改变岩土局部几何形状提高设备挖掘环节效率;设备转动耗时是影响一次作业循环效率的主要因素,提出满载旋转、空载返回环节中,应保持设备加速、减速过程中转动角度的比值分别为3/2,4/5;铲斗提升耗时是制约挖掘煤沟作业效率的关键因素,根据“提升-旋转”制约关系制定了拉斗铲挖掘-排弃位置参考表。
In order to improve the work efficiency of dragline shovel, a statistical study was made on the operation cycle time of 8750 shovel shovel in Heidaigou opencast mine. The results show that excavation method and geometry of rock and soil are the main factors that affect the efficiency of excavation. Combined excavation and changing of local geomagnetism are the main factors that affect the efficiency of excavation. Proposed full rotation, no-load return link, should keep the equipment acceleration, deceleration ratio of the rotation angle of the process were 3/2, 4/5; bucket lifting time constraints is the key factor in mining coal ditch operating efficiency, according to “Lift - Rotation” constraints developed dragline dig - abandoned reference table.
