当班主任的,真像是苦心持家的妈妈,事无巨细,样样劳心,又像辛勤劳苦的保姆,点点滴滴,事事要干。繁杂、琐碎的事务,常常弄得我焦头烂额、身心疲惫。借得自我教育自我管理之机,我也学会了偷“懒”。我的懒法是,把班上的事情交给孩子们去做。他们能做的,我绝不插手;他们不会做的,我指导他们做。他们把卫生工作责任到组,组里再到人,哪个组如果扣了卫生分,卫生委员可饶不了他们。
When the class teacher, really like a mom, painstakingly supportive, everything is careful, all sorts of work, and like hard-working nanny, bit by bit, everything should be done. Complex, trivial matters, often made me battered, physically and mentally exhausted. By self-education self-management of the machine, I also learned to steal “lazy ”. My lazy way is to give the children things to do. They will not do anything they can. They will not do it. I will guide them to do it. They assigned responsibility for health work to the group, to the group again, and if the group deducted the health point, the health committee could not spare them.
