以离体培养的红花百里香不定芽为材料,采用不同浓度CuCl2处理,测定不定芽的各种指标,研究Cu2+对红花百里香不定芽的增殖生长及挥发油的影响.结果表明,低浓度的CuCl2可以促进红花百里香不定芽的增殖生长,而高浓度的CuCl2起抑制作用;其中50μmol/L的CuCl2对不定芽的增殖效果最好,增殖系数高达20.35,精油含量达到27.25‰,提高了23.98%,且颜色更深.说明一定浓度的Cu2+能促进红花百里香不定芽的增殖生长,增强其抗逆性,促进百里香挥发油的合成积累,改变其成分组成.
