探讨变应原体外检测系统(Mast系统)对常年性变应性鼻炎(PAR)检测血清特异性免疫球蛋白E(SIgE)与皮肤试验(皮试)、鼻粘膜激发试验(激发试验)的相关性。方法:以该系统检测57例PAR患者。结果:粉尘螨与屋尘螨SIgE阳性检出率最高(均为52.6%),皮试和激发试验的灵敏度分别为88.4%和88.9%;芽枝菌属、青霉菌属和交链孢属SIgE阳性检出率分别为26.3%,24.6%和21.0%;粉尘螨、蟑螂、虾、蟹、蛋和牛奶SIgE阳性检出率与变应原皮试均呈正相关(P<0.01),而屋尘及苋科SIgE与皮试无相关性(P>0.05)。此外,豚草SIgE阳性率为22.8%,但华南地区未见豚草生长,临床应引起重视。结论:表明Mast检测系统可作为PAR致敏物的有用检测方法之一。
To investigate the relationship between allergic rhinitis (Mast system) and allergic rhinitis (PAR) in detecting serum specific immunoglobulin E (SIgE), skin test (skin test) and nasal mucosal challenge test (provocation test) Sex. The positive detection rates of SIgE in dust mite, cockroach, shrimp, crab, egg and milk were significantly higher than those in allergen skin (P <0.01). There was no correlation between SIgE of house dust and amaranth and skin test (P> 0.05). In addition, the positive rate of SIgE of ragweed was 22.8%, but there was no ragweed growth in southern China, which should be paid more attention to. Conclusion: This indicates that Mast detection system can be used as one of the useful detection methods for PAR sensitizers.
