[目的]进一步研究紫云英新品种的特征特性,为实现农业高产、高效提供配套的紫云英良种。[方法]通过田间试验和测试分析,对紫云英新品种进行综合评价。[结果]在适量施肥条件下,皖紫1号盛花期鲜草产量比对照提高6.4%,种子产量提高12.9%;皖紫2号盛花期的鲜草产量高达42 065 kg/hm2,增产10.7%。施用适量的磷钾肥能提高紫云英根系活力和根瘤入侵能力,增加结瘤和固氮率,对植株营养生长起一定的促进作用。[结论]皖紫1号的主要特点是春季早发性好,生长快,小叶和小花多,分枝和固氮能力较强,鲜草产量和种子产量均较高。它是适宜水稻产区早稻直播轻简化栽培技术模式的高产、优质、偏早熟型的紫云英品种。皖紫2号品种植株高大、茎杆粗壮、叶片较大、氮素含量较高,尤其是鲜草产量高,是高产、优质、适应性强的紫云英品种,适宜单季稻区种植。
[Objective] The aim of this study was to further study the characteristics of new varieties of Astragalus sinicus and provide supporting varieties of Astragalus membranaceus for high-yielding agriculture and high efficiency. [Method] Through the field experiment and the test analysis, the new varieties of Aster were comprehensively evaluated. [Result] The yield of fresh flowers of Wanzi 1 in flowering stage increased by 6.4% and the seed yield increased by 12.9% compared with the control under the condition of proper amount of fertilization. The yield of fresh grass in Wanzheng 2 reached 42 065 kg / hm 2, increased by 10.7% . Appropriate amount of phosphorus and potassium fertilizer can improve root activity and invasion capacity of Astragalus sinicus, increase nodulation and nitrogen fixation rate, and promote plant vegetative growth. [Conclusion] The main characteristics of Wanzi 1 were early spring, fast growth, more leaf and floret, stronger ability of branching and nitrogen fixation, fresh grass yield and higher seed yield. It is suitable for high yield, high quality, partial premature type of Chinese milk vetch variety suitable for direct rice cultivation mode of simplified rice cultivation in rice producing area. The plant varieties of Wanzhong No.2 are tall, stalks are thick, leaves are bigger, nitrogen content is higher, especially fresh grass yield is high yield, good quality and strong adaptability.
