目的:采用HPLC法建立测定复方瓜子金颗粒中蒙花苷含量的方法。方法:色谱柱:SunFire C18柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,3.5μm),流动相:乙腈-水-冰醋酸(25∶73∶2),流速:1.0 ml.min-1,检测波长:334 nm。结果:蒙花苷在2.35~14.10μg.ml-1此浓度范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 7,平均加样回收率为98.76%,RSD=0.38%。结论:该方法简便、可靠、准确,可用于复方瓜子金颗粒的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the determination of monatin in Compound Guanzijin Granules by HPLC. Methods: The column was SunFire C18 (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 3.5 μm). The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water-glacial acetic acid (25:73:2), the flow rate was 1.0 ml.min-1 and the detection wavelength was 334 nm . Results: Mononin glycoside showed a good linearity within the range of 2.35-14.14 μg · ml-1, r = 0.999 7, the average recovery was 98.76% and RSD was 0.38%. Conclusion: The method is simple, reliable and accurate and can be used for the determination of compound melon seeds gold particles.
