目的分析房间隔膨出瘤的超声心动图特征,探讨超声心动图在房间隔膨出瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析我院2000年10月至2010年10月超声心动图诊断的32例房间隔膨出瘤。结果 32例房间隔膨出瘤超声心动图表现为房间隔中部变薄,局部向左房或右房内膨出,并随心动周期摆动。其中孤立性房间隔膨出瘤4例,合并三尖瓣关闭不全2例,合并其他先天性心脏病23例(其中房间隔缺损16例、室间隔缺损2例、卵圆孔未闭3例、肺动脉狭窄1例、法洛氏四联症1例),风湿性心脏病1例、高血压性心脏病1例、肺心病1例。32例中有4例为脑梗死患者,5例患者心电图显示房性心率失常。23例合并其他先天性心脏病的患者,根据超声心动图结果分析所合并畸形的特点进行了开胸心脏畸形矫正术或介入治疗。结论超声心动图可以准确诊断房间隔膨出瘤及所合并的其他心脏结构异常,为临床选择合适的治疗时机及治疗方案提供依据。
Objective To analyze echocardiographic features of atrial septal cystadenomas and to explore the value of echocardiography in the diagnosis of atrial septal bulbar tumors. Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital from October 2000 to October 2010 echocardiography diagnosis of 32 cases of atrial septal tumor. Results 32 cases of atrial septal echocardiography showed atrial septal thinning, local to the left atrium or right atrium bulging, and with the cardiac cycle swing. Including solitary atrial septum bulging tumor in 4 cases, merger tricuspid regurgitation in 2 cases, combined with other congenital heart disease in 23 cases (including atrial septal defect in 16 cases, 2 cases of ventricular septal defect, patent foramen ovale in 3 cases, 1 case of pulmonary stenosis, 1 case of tetralogy of Fallot), 1 case of rheumatic heart disease, 1 case of hypertensive heart disease and 1 case of pulmonary heart disease. Four of the 32 patients had cerebral infarction, and five patients had an atrial arrhythmia on the cardiogram. Twenty-three patients with other congenital heart disease underwent open-heart surgery or interventional therapy based on echocardiographic findings to analyze the characteristics of the combined deformity. Conclusion Echocardiography can accurately diagnose atrial septal bulbar tumor and other cardiac structural abnormalities, provide the basis for clinical choice of appropriate timing of treatment and treatment.
