建立了蜂窝结构的一维传热模型,给出了其热梯度诱导变形计算公式。同时,计算了某高温合金六角蜂窝结构的热变形,认为在设计金属TPS的蜂窝盖板时,必须考虑其特定服役环境下的热变形。
The one-dimensional heat transfer model of honeycomb structure is established, and the formula of thermal gradient induced deformation is given. At the same time, the thermal deformation of a hexagonal honeycomb structure of a superalloy was calculated. It is considered that the design of the metal TPS honeycomb cover must consider the thermal deformation under its specific service environment.
