不同的食品添加剂作用各异,在食品生产中发挥着各自的作用。正是由于食品添加剂的使用,才使近年来食品中微生物的污染大大降低,食源性传染病和细菌性食物中毒的发生大大减少,并减少了因腐败变质而造成的食品浪费。 Different food additives have different effects and play their respective roles in food production. It is because of the use of food additives that the contamination of foodstuffs with microorganisms has been greatly reduced in recent years. The incidence of foodborne infectious diseases and bacterial food poisoning has been greatly reduced, and food waste due to spoilage has been reduced.
