临床资料1983～1984年间收住我科治疗的维生素 K 依赖因子缺乏症患儿共9例。男6例,女3例:年龄39～60天的母乳喂养儿。症状体征:发热3例,体温正常6例,病前有腹泻史3例,发热3例,哭闹、呕吐各5例,抽搐4例,便血2例,贫血貌9例,皮肤出血点瘀斑3例,打针部位出血3例,呻吟2例,前囟隆起5例,硬脑膜下腔出血5例,腰椎穿刺血性脑脊液找到皱缩红细胞4例,精神萎靡5例,昏迷2例,激惹2例。
Clinical data 1983 to 1984 received our department treatment of vitamin K-dependent deficiency in children with a total of 9 cases. 6 males and 3 females: breastfeeding aged 39-60 days. Symptoms and signs: fever in 3 cases, normal body temperature in 6 cases, 3 cases of pre-illness diarrhea, fever in 3 cases, 5 cases of crying, vomiting, convulsions in 4 cases, 2 cases of hematochezia, anemia in 9 cases, skin bleeding spots ecchymosis 3 cases, the injection site bleeding in 3 cases, moaning in 2 cases, 5 cases of anterior fontanel, 5 cases of subdural hemorrhage, lumbar punctual bloody cerebrospinal fluid found in 3 cases of shrinkage of red blood cells, 5 cases of coma, coma in 2 cases, irritation 2 example.
