In this experiment, skeletal muscle tissue that is sensitive to hypothermia was selected as the experimental subject. Twenty-nine rats were randomly divided into three groups, the right hind limbs were frozen and the tissues were heated to +5 ℃, 0 ℃ and -5 ℃, respectively. At the different time after rewarming, four kinds of high-energy phosphate compounds such as AMP, ADP , ATP and CP content. The results showed that the content of high-energy phosphoric acid in skeletal muscle tissue of rats decreased with the decrease of the minimum temperature of the frozen tissue, and the time-phase process was obvious. Immediately after rewarming to 4 hours decreased rapidly, 4 to 12 hours three values are closer, then significantly separated with time. The recovery of 5 ℃ group was earlier and obvious, the recovery degree of 0 ℃ group was less than that of + 5 ℃ group, the content of -5 ℃ group was the most obvious and hardly recovered. Tip: Low temperature causes skeletal muscle energy production and storage processes are affected.
