电冰箱的启动异常,除与低电压和压缩机以继电器有关外,还常与温控器故障有关,而这种故障一般不易引起注意。温控器使用较长时间后,其触点表面氧化和烧蚀及温控器质量不佳,可导致触点闭合迟缓无力,使电冰箱启动时间变长,甚至不能启动。判断温控器是否出现故障,可采用以下检查方法:卸下电冰箱启动与保护继电器,代之以一个人工控制的启动运转电路(根据电冰箱启动运转原理自制的配电板),人工控制电冰箱压缩机的起动运转。若起动运转正常,且电流在额定值内,则说明压缩机工作
