剩余强度评价方法 ASME B31G、修正的ASME B31G/RSTRENG和DNV-RP-F101中的流变应力、鼓胀系数和腐蚀缺陷投影面积对管道剩余强度评价均有一定的影响。管材的钢级越高,不同定义的流变应力之间差异越小,流变应力对剩余强度评价结果影响就越小;腐蚀缺陷轴向长度越大,不同定义的鼓胀系数之间差异越大,鼓胀系数对剩余强度评价结果影响就越大。
