This paper discusses in detail how a wide range of CMOS wideband transconductance (WBTC) circuits can be implemented. This circuit has the characteristics of linearity and good frequency response. Using this circuit, a high-Q VHF tuned frequency-selective circuit can be constructed. The circuit is given and analyzed in detail, and finally the result of computer simulation.
