本文介绍了10%保太松软膏中保太松定性及定量方法。该软膏是由含有凡士林、羊毛脂及5%甲基纤维素溶液的乳剂基质调制的,使用甘油及凡士林油作为保太松的解胶剂。本文选出的反应,基于能与过氧化氢及10%氢氧化钠溶液形成鲜黄色溶液,而在本法提供的实验条件下,基质成分及赋形剂不形成有色产物。方法:取约0.5克软膏,置试管中,加入0.1N 氢氧化钠溶液1ml 及过氧化氢0.5ml,加热约1分钟,呈现鲜黄色。为了测定原料药及药物制剂中保太松的含量,曾运用了各种理化分析法。分光光度法与
This article describes the 10% Pauli loose ointment Paul too loose qualitative and quantitative methods.
