类风湿关节炎（ＲＡ）的诊断无特异指标，对预后的评估缺乏客观依据。我们采用基因扩增法测定了河北籍汉人类风湿关节炎中ＨＬＡＤＲ４及其亚型ＨＬＡＤＲＢ１０４０５的分布，表明ＨＬＡＤＲ４基因是早期评估预后的较为理想的指标之一，现报道如下。１ 资料与方法１
The diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) no specific indicators, the lack of an objective basis for the assessment of prognosis. We used gene amplification method to determine the distribution of HLA-DR4 and its subtype HLA-DRB1 * 0405 in rheumatoid arthritis of Han nationality in Hebei Province, indicating that HLA-DR4 gene is one of the more ideal indicators for early assessment of prognosis.
