目的:探讨HIF-1α和VEGF在宫颈上皮内瘤变及宫颈癌组织中表达及临床意义。方法:应用免疫组化方法检测119例宫颈病变(70例CIN及49例宫颈癌)及30例正常宫颈组织中HIF-1α和VEGF的表达。结果:CIN、早期宫颈癌组HIF-1α和VEGF阳性率明显高于其他组(P<0.05),且二者表达有相关性(P<0.05)。HIF-1α表达率与临床分期及病理分级有关(P<0.05)。结论:HIF-1α和VEGF在宫颈上皮内瘤变和早期宫颈癌组织中呈高表达状态,提示检测HIF-1α和VEGF对早期诊断宫颈癌有重要意义,选择性HIF-1α抑制剂为宫颈癌的治疗提供了新靶点。
Objective: To investigate the expression of HIF-1α and VEGF in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and cervical carcinoma and their clinical significance. Methods: The expression of HIF-1α and VEGF in 119 cases of cervical lesions (70 cases of CIN and 49 cases of cervical cancer) and 30 cases of normal cervical tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results: The positive rates of HIF-1α and VEGF in CIN and early cervical cancer group were significantly higher than those in other groups (P <0.05), and the correlation between them was significant (P <0.05). The expression of HIF-1α was correlated with clinical stage and pathological grade (P <0.05). Conclusion: HIF-1α and VEGF are highly expressed in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and early cervical cancer, suggesting that the detection of HIF-1α and VEGF is of great significance in the early diagnosis of cervical cancer. The selective inhibitor of HIF-1α is cervical cancer The treatment provides a new target.
