从宁夏10个县(市)小麦赤霉病病穗上分离的禾谷镰刀菌中,选择73个单孢菌株,分别接种在5个小麦品种和5个大麦品种上进行致病性测定。方差分析结果,宁夏禾谷镰刀菌对供武小麦和大麦不同品种致病性差异,都达到极显著水平。不同县(市)内菌株间致病性的定异,在小麦上有60%的县(市)菌株达到极显著水平,20%的县(市)达到显著水平,20%的县(市)不显著;在大麦上,30%的县(市)菌株极显著,10%的县(市)显著,60%的县(市)不显著。菌株和品种的互作效应,接种小麦的各县菌株致病性都极显著;接种大麦的,70%的县(市)极显著,10%的县显著;20%的县不显著。
From Fusarium graminearum isolated from the head of wheat scab in 10 counties of Ningxia, 73 monospore strains were selected and inoculated on 5 wheat cultivars and 5 barley cultivars respectively for pathogenicity determination. ANOVA results showed that Fusarium graminearum in Ningxia had extremely significant differences in the pathogenicity of different varieties of Wuwu and barley. In different counties (cities), the pathogenicity of the isolates was very high. In the wheat, 60% of the counties (cities) reached extremely significant levels, 20% of the counties (cities) reached the significant level, and 20% Not significant; in barley, 30% of counties (cities) strains were extremely significant, 10% of counties (cities) significantly, 60% of the counties (cities) is not significant. The pathogenicity of the strains in all the counties inoculated with wheat was very significant. The inoculation of barley was very significant in 70% of the counties (cities) and 10% of the counties were significant; 20% of the counties were not significant.
