六、选矿厂设计、物料处理及工艺矿物学(一)选矿厂设计和选矿设备第6组论文涉及选矿厂设计和选矿设备共10篇。其中,有关大型浮选机的4篇(Ⅵ-7、8、9、10)讨论情况已在本文第一部分介绍(见本刊1985年5期53-56页),现简介其余6篇的问答。1.论文Ⅵ-1:布干维尔铜矿破碎厂的改进。问答4人次,作者之一D.S.Langford的回答要点如下。(1)按目前技术水平和该厂所用磨机尺寸,球磨机给矿粒度上限的经济最优值约为9毫米。至于碎到9毫米以下,破碎功耗的有效率是否有磨矿高,则不是考虑的主要问题,因为是现有生产设施的改进。(2)全盘自动化对该厂的破碎机不可行,也无必要。三段破碎都由人工操纵,第三段破碎机每班调节,保持排矿口为6毫米。(3)第三段破碎机齿板具有较长的平行区段,从而使排矿腔加长,可保证按规定处

CONCENTRATOR DESIGN, MATERIAL PROCESSING AND PROCESS MINERALOLOGY (I) Concentrator Design and Mineral Processing Equipment The 6th group of papers deals with the design and beneficiation equipment of the concentrator in total of 10. Among them, the discussion on the four large-scale flotation machine (VI-7,8,9,10) is described in the first part of this article (see the 1985 issue 5 53-56), the other is now a brief introduction to the Q & A . 1. Paper VI-1: Improvements at the Bugchavir Copper Mine Crushing Plant. Q & A 4 people, one of the author D.S.Langford answer points are as follows. (1) According to the current state of the art and the size of mill used in the mill, the optimal economic value of ball mill grain size limit is about 9 mm. As for the crushing to 9 mm below, whether the crushing power consumption is high grinding efficiency, it is not the main problem to consider, because it is the improvement of the existing production facilities. (2) Total automation is not feasible for the crusher of the plant nor is it necessary.
