进入新世纪以来,随着中国改革开放的不断推进和深化,中国的投资环境日趋完善。2001年底中国成功入世,2004年和2006年底又分别放开了成品油零售和批发市场,中国的市场规则逐步与国际接轨。在此背景下,以欧美大型石油石化公司、日韩大中型石化公司以及中东等资源国的国家石油公司为主的外资石油石化公司纷纷调整在华发展战略,将公司在华业务融入其全球发展格局,全面提升中国业务在其全球经营中的地位。
Since entering the new century, with the continuous promotion and deepening of China’s reform and opening up, China’s investment environment has been perfected day by day. By the end of 2001, China successfully joined the WTO, and in 2004 and the end of 2006, it respectively liberalized the retail and wholesale markets of refined oil products. The market rules in China gradually became compatible with the international market. Against this background, foreign-funded petroleum and petrochemical companies dominated by major oil and petrochemical companies in Europe and the United States, large and medium-sized petrochemical companies in Japan and South Korea, and national oil companies in resource countries in the Middle East have all adjusted their development strategies in China to integrate their businesses in China into their global development Pattern, and comprehensively enhance the position of China’s business in its global operations.
