三叉神经脊束核是一长条状结构,为了验证其在呼吸运动的调节中是否发挥作用,取其三个不同的平面进行了实验观察。1.用50μA的电流刺激前、中、后三个点,RF和IA明显增加;2.向三个点内微量注射MSG0.2μ1,RF和IA也明显增加,并在注射后1min达最高值;3.微量注射1%Lid也使两者增加;4.微量注射0.9%NaCl无影响。结果表明三叉神经脊束核的不同平面在呼吸运动的调制中均起一定作用。
The trigeminal nucleus of the trigeminal nerve is a long strip of structure, in order to verify its role in the regulation of respiratory motion, taken three different planes for experimental observation. 1. RFA and IA were significantly increased at the first, middle and last three points with 50μA current stimulation; 2. Microinjection of MSG 0.2μ1 into three points significantly increased RF and IA, and reached the highest value at 1min after injection ; 3. Microinjection of 1% Lid also increased both; 4. Microinjection 0.9% NaCl had no effect. The results show that different planes of the trigeminal nucleus of the trigeminal nerve play a role in the modulation of respiratory motion.
